The Canoe Trip

Brief
Create an intriguing 3D animated hero image. I developed a concept for The Canoe Trip, a Swedish canoe expedition company, drawing inspiration from classic travel postcards to capture that instant vacation feeling.
Process
Starting with sketches, I researched Swedish landscapes for authentic reference material. I blocked out the scene in Blender using simple geometry to establish camera angles and lighting, then refined the modeling and textures. Final touches were added in After Effects for color grading and atmospheric effects.
Result
A nostalgic yet modern visual that combines vintage travel imagery aesthetics with contemporary 3D animation, xperfectly capturing the adventure and tranquility of the brand experience.
